The former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko refused German doctor taking her blood test, the chief doctor of the 5th Ukrzaliznytsia Central clinical hospital Myhailo Afanasyev said.
According to him, Tymoshenko has repeatedly refused and continues refusing any biochemical analyses.
“As far as I know, the Charite clinic (the German clinic, which doctors took part in the examination and treatment of Tymoshenko - Ed.) has addressed through our Foreign Ministry to Ukraine to allow Germany taking the patient's blood sample for analysis. There are no questions or objections for our part,” he said.
"There is a clear procedure, I remind it one more time: if Yulia Tymoshenko gives consent, then we are ready to take three blood samples. One will go to the German clinic, one will remain in Ukraine and one will be a controlling one. It is a patient, who has objections. She has not agreed to take blood test even by our German colleague," Afanasyev said.
