Panama will soon abolish visa regime for Ukrainian citizens, Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Voloshyn told a briefing.
According to him, the visa regime for Ukrainian citizens is to be abolished during the visit of the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin to Panama, June 6-8.
"Now, upon arrival in Panama, the Ukrainians will be able to buy an entry permit, i.e. a tourist card, at the airport," Voloshyn said. He noted that the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine carries out consistent work to encourage more and more countries to introduce a simplified visa regime or even visa-free regime with Ukraine.
