"By the end of the day, maximum tomorrow we will approve a candidate for this position. It will be a well-known figure in Europe with a long political history and biography," the official said.
In his turn, PM Azarov noted that this European politician must be unbiased. "It must be an absolutely unbiased politician. Besides he must be a lawyer, or at least must have an assistant-lawyer, who knows the legislation," the Primer said and added Ukraine would provide all necessary conditions for the European representative to study the case materials.
