Speaking at the award ceremony "Conscientious taxpayers of Ukraine - 2011", head of the National Bank of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov declared that Ukraine will continue to pare the state debt.
Arbuzov also noted that NBU gave banks a possibility to release means for efficient use of their liquidity.
"We have a program to make resources cheaper. It's only one step, but a very important one," the official said.
