While speaker Lytyvn and his first deputy were sitting on their working places, some opposition members rushed to the parliamentary rostrum. MPs of the majority tried to stop the attackers, but failed, and the opposition MPs have managed to block the rostrum.
Lytyvn has announced a break and invited the faction leaders for a conciliatory board meeting.
