Parliamentary resorts can be sold, Lytvyn says

Speaker of parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn does not believe that MPs of current convocation would decide to refuse from resorts, where they can go on holiday at the budget expenses.

In response to journalists' questions the speaker said he would like to solve this issue, but stands against the idea to sell these resorts to deputies.

Lytyvn noted that this question requires "thorough and attentive studying, so that these sweet spots do not get lost somewhere in the process."

"We need a well-thought-out dialogue, but I doubt that the parliament of current convocation would go for it," Lytvyn underlined.
