Today the Verkhovna Rada has adopted the law 'On amendments to some laws of Ukraine regarding simplification of the procedure of permissive documents in the economic sphere of activity." According to the law, the procedure will take less now from now on.
Entrepreneurs no longer need to apply to licensing centers to get permission for international transportation of passengers and cargo, for reexport of goods, quarantine permission, international veterinary certificates, and quality certificates for grain and so on.
The issuing of permissive documents will be carried out in accordance with the law of Ukraine "On permissive system in economic sphere of activity" taking into account certain particularities stipulated by the Customs Code of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine "On quarantine of plants", "On plant protection", "On mobile transport", "On grain and grain market in Ukraine", "On veterinary medicine".
