The main source of Ukraine's problems with the European Union is German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who needs fast victorious war to increase her electoral rating in Germany, Party of Regions deputy Oleh Nadosha told Channel 5.
"The situation is influenced by election processes in Europe, and we should realize who the main source of problems is - it is Merkel. She has lost elections in three parts, and she needs small but fast and victorious war on a small territory - Ukraine, in order to prove someone that they still can change and influence the situation," Nadosha said.
"Germany is today's generator of problems. Other countries either following Germany or have their own opinions," the politician added.
