Speaking at 15th Ukraine-EU Cooperation Council the official said that in particular Ukraine had made progress in border management, immigration issues, including observance of immigrants' rights, ForUm learned from the Cabinet's press office.
In his turn, Ukraine's PM Mykola Azarov informed that Ukraine had adopted 90% of legislative acts, required for realization of the first stage of the visa free regime plan, and had already carried out a number of requirements of the second stage.
