"In 2013, Ukraine was to preside in the CIS. Please, treat with understanding the fact that Ukraine will be chairing the OSCE that year. I would like to suggest that the country next in turn would take the presidency in 2013, and we will be ready to take this honorable mission in 2014," he said, addressing Heads of the CIS States.
