Former PM of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, who is being treated in Kharkiv hospital under supervision of German doctor, has refused to continue treatment, deputy health minister Oleksandr Tolstanov told a briefing.

"There was an improvement. Tymoshenko started to eat more and started to feel better, but unfortunately the German profession informed me that Tymoshenko refuses to follow medical procedures," the deputy minister said.

The official noted that during the day medical workers proposed her repeatedly to continue treatment, but she refused. "It has been documented, of course," he said.

According to Tolstanov, Tymoshenko motivates her refusal by the fact that mass media published the list of medical procedures Tymoshenko must undergo.

Tymoshenko's daughter Eugenia confirmed during the briefing that some mass media illegally published confidential data about her mother. Tolstanov denied any allegations that Health Ministry officials made public the official information about Tymoshenko.
