Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov believes it is shameless when some politicians place their portraits on street billboards, the official declared at a meeting with representatives of public organizations of war veterans, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I've been the Premier for two years already. Have you ever seen my face pictured in the streets? And I am the leader of the biggest party in the country," he said.
Azarov has also called upon veteran organizations not to criticize the authorities, but to help. "Help us, explain our people that there are no miracles, and that everything is in our hands, our work and our energy," he said.
