In the framework of his today’s working visit to Crimea, President Viktor Yanukovych took part in the opening of a new sulfuric acid production line at PJSC Crimean TITAN located in Armyansk.
The President said the opening of the plant is an important event not only for the region, but also for the economy of Ukraine as a whole, particularly because it would produce highly competitive goods for the domestic and foreign markets, and create more jobs.
"The state needs such investment projects to boost economic growth and improve people's lives. Where there is innovation, productivity and product quality grows. And most importantly, wages and welfare of people increase," said Viktor Yanukovych.
After the ceremony the President toured the enterprise, which is a good example of effective investment attraction strategies into the development of Ukrainian chemical industry.
