For the first time in history of the parliament, the box for journalists was closed this morning, ForUm correspondent reports.

It turned that the decision was made by request of MPs from the Party of Regions, Lytvyn's bloc, Communist party and "Reforms for future" group.

On April 25 in connection with blocking of the parliamentary rostrum the MPs sent a letter to the speaker with a request to ban access to parliamentary boxes on the third floor, "when holding of plenary session is impossible due to blocking."

The letter was signed by Party of Regions faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov, Communist party leader Petro Symonenko, head of the People's party faction Ihor Sharov and leader of the "Reforms for future" group Ihor Rybakov.
