"There is only one solution to the social and humanitarian problems of the society - national economy growth. Yesterday the President set a task to create motivations for development of real sector. Te country should not live from one crisis to other. We should not be so much dependent on external conditions. Step by step we must increase self-sustainability of the internal market and increase our position on the foreign markets," the Premier said and added that first of all Ukraine should conquer markets of the leading countries.
"In order to improve economy it is needed to open doors to investments, which means to reduce regulatory pressure on business. The first thing the business should see is freedom of actions and honest officials, assisting in development. The work on deregulation is running over, and the local governments are not in a hurry to implement it. The time for talks in over, we need tough measures to make both local governments and business to fulfill mutual obligations," Azarov summed up.
According to the PM, first vice PM Valery Khoroshkovski has been charged with this task.
