The new Customs Code of Ukraine will come into force on June 1 of this year. The official document has been published in the official edition of the parliament "Holos Ukrainy" (Voice of Ukraine).
According to the current legislation, the Customs Code comes into force from the first day of the second month, following the month of its official publishing, which is June 1, 2012.
