CEC reminds about the ban to hold pre-election campaign, accompanied by distribution of goods among voters, organizations or institution free of charge or on special terms (except for goods, which have party logos and cost not more than 3% of minimal wage).
The ban is also applied to free of charge services. CEC stresses that such actions are indirect bribery of voters, and people involved into similar activity violate the law and can be brought to criminal or administrative responsibility.
