Eliminating corruption is crucial for further development of Ukraine, President Viktor Yanukovych said at today’s meeting of the Committee on Reforming the Armed Forces and Military Industrial Sector of Ukraine, ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
"Corruption has been and remains an enormous threat. I am convinced that if we do not strengthen our democratic public institutions and do not reduce the risk of corruption, Ukraine will have no chance of successfully overcoming the challenges of today," he said.
