The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has passed a resolution on visa processing for official observers from foreign states, Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"According to the resolution, diplomatic representatives and consulates of Ukraine will process free of charge visas for official observers from foreign states and international organizations for parliamentary elections of October 28, 2012," the official informed.
