Former State Guard Major Mykola Melnychenko says there was talk about the killing of MP Yevhen Shcherban in the office of ex-president Leonid Kuchma, and he is ready to provide audio proofs of that.
Melnychenko wrote this on his page in the social network Facebook, according to UKRINFORM.
"There was talk about the Shcherban murder in Kuchma's office. I am ready to provide all the information available to me in the first place to Shcherban's son, so that he knew the truth about the murder of his father, whatever it was," Melnychenko said.
He added that he is ready to provide this information to the Prosecutor General's Office, as well as the lawyers of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who is suspected of involvement in the murder of Yevhen Shcherban.
Mykola Melnychenko also urges for helping him to decipher the recordings: "I am ready to publish it all! But who is ready to provide technical aid? A resource for publication is required, as well as people who could help to interpret and give commentary on the transcripts."
