On April 12, at a meeting with creative intellectuals in Lviv, President Viktor Yanukovych was addressed by rectors of Lviv higher education facilities with a request to sign into law the bill on making changes to the Law on "Public Procurements" to simplify procurement procedures for universities and research facilities.
