According to him, the current fine for selling alcohol and tobacco to minors is 6800 hryvnias. Pavlenko insists that the fine be increased minimum by ten times and every distribution point be deprived of license for violations.
Pavlenko informed that the President and Prosecutor's general office ordered to hold inspections, results of which showed that no measures were taken to limit the access of minors to alcohol and tobacco products.
The official specified that for three months 3500 cases of illegal drinking have been registered. However, only 1300 administrative protocols have been instituted. "It means that not every violation is even documented, "Pavlenko stated.
