MPs of Ukraine have adopted the cost sheet for 2012 with 261 votes in favour. The total sum of expenses is about 869 million hryvnias.
The head of the regulation committee Volodymyr Makeyenko told journalists that 460 million out of the total sum will be spent for legislative activity of MPs, 279 million will be spent on MPs' salaries, 20 million for accommodation and 2.5 million hryvnias for press conferences.
Apart from the above mentioned, 179 million hryvnias will be allocated for activities of parliament's administration, about 5 million - for fees for international organizations, 8.7 million - for activity of legislative institute of Yaroslav Mudriy, 12 million for state TV channel "Rada", 14.7 million for state newspaper "Voice of Ukraine", 3 million for journal "Veche" and 1.6 million for parliamentary cafeteria.
