Ukraine need to breed new "production managers", speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn told a meeting with manufacturers, entrepreneurs and employers, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, these people completed managerial school in industry or agriculture and are able to bring their experience to the level of state authorities.
"Such specialists must be employed in all branches of power. Otherwise, new managers who come to power and local governments often do not understand the essence of the tasks," he noted.
