Somewhere around noon opposition deputies started gathering near parliamentary rostrum blocking the entrance with chairs, ForUm correspondent reported.

Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn announced a half an hour break for consultaitons.

After the consultations MPs from the Party of Regions faction left the session hall, and the faction leader Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing the parliament will not continue working today.

"Our MPs have left the session hall because we do not understand what the opposition wants us to do. We do not gratify whims of certain people, but work according to the plan. We have regulations and agenda to follow, but if our colleagues continue act emotionally we will switch to a different format of work. We will determine the priority of laws to consider and will announce days for voting. And during these days be sure we will provide undisruptive work of the parliament. I don't want to speak about it, but actions of our colleagues have crossed the line," Yefremov said.
