For the first time the state agency on land resources has established single point of contact, head of the department Serhiy Tymshenko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
The official noted that earlier citizens had to apply first to the district department of the agency, then to the regional one and then back to the district department. According to Tymchenko, now the whole pack of documents can be submitted to the district department of the agency.
"Before people had to stay in long lines and pay a bunch of fees. Now applicants pay only one bill, and there are no more long queues," the official summed up.
