Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov proposes Ukrainian companies to join the "club of honest business."
"For those companies, which join the club, holding business in Ukraine will become really comfortable. Controlling and inspecting bodies will forget the road to honest taxpayers. The government guarantees this," Azarov said at today's Cabinet's meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to Azarov, the government will ensure legal protection of creditors and investors at the legislative level. "We know this problem and we will solve it. A draft bill is in the process of preparation, which will once and for all approve obvious things: if there is a fact of the credit issue and a fact of investments there is no single court which will be able to distort such facts," Azarov said.
In addition, the Premier intends to put an order into transport price formation, "so that off-shore mediators will not be able to undermine Ukrainian market and distort competitive environment."
