"As for the draft bill on cancellation of deputy's immunity, there is only one variant to vote for. The rest is insinuation and avoiding," the MP believes.
Yeferemov noted that the draft bill from majority had been approved by the Constitutional Court, which also banned cancellation of President's immunity. In this connection the MP believes that the opposition's attempts to extend cancellation of deputy's immunity to the President are nothing but "unwillingness to vote and unwillingness to cancel the very immunity."
In addition, Yefermov informed that adoption of the cancellation of deputy's immunity can happen only the next session of the parliament.
