The state will restore social justice for those categories of citizens, which appeared to be discriminated for various reasons, deputy head of the President's Administration Iryna Akymova told a briefing, ForUm's correspondent reports.
"For example, those pensioners who retired five years ago get smaller pensions than people with the same service record, who retire today. And the reason is different base of recalculation," the official specified.
According to Akymova, this program will also concern workers of high-risk professions. "For example, payments for miners have not been recalculated since 2001," she said.
"We must level these gaps. In some cases it can be done immediately, for other cases we have gradual scale of recalculations for several years," Akymova summed up.
