President Viktor Yanukovych demands the Government to guarantee national social projects funding when making changes to the State Budget 2012, presidential press office reports.
"I am concerned about the situation with the implementation of national social projects. The Cabinet protracts the adoption of feasibility studies for national projects," Viktor Yanukovych said.
According to him, the Budget does not provide funds for preparing feasibility studies for the whole number national projects. "I demand that you took that into account when preparing a draft amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine for 2012," he said.
He also added that this year's budget should provide adequate funding of healthcare reform, especially in the pilot regions.
