In accordance with the budget Code the relevant departments has started preparing budget resolution for 2013, deputy head of the parliamentary committee on budge issues Vladislav Lukianov told ForUm in an interview.
According to the officials, such early start is aimed at systematic and considered to the maximum preparation of state budget for every next year. Lukianov also informed that the budget resolution for 2013 will be submitted to the parliament at the beginning of April, and must be considered by the end of that month.
"Systemic and target-oriented planning is very important, as it helps to forecast macroeconomic results not only for the coming year, but for the next years as well. It would be good if the Accounts Chamber, as parliament's representative, takes part in the preparation process too. Then the work would be even more notable and efficient, Lukianov summed up.
