"The government is working out decisions to increase the basic capital of Naftogaz by means of issuing bonds and compensation of difference in tariffs. Within 10 days this work will be done. However, these measures do not mean that we will bear with low level of payments for gas in regions. We did not cut off gas during the cold snap and did not apply such sanctions to debtors. But the frosts are leaving Ukraine, and you should remember that the gas should be paid. Moreover, on March 7 Naftogaz has to pay pretty sum to the Russia's government," Azarov noted.
