Appeal Court of Crimea has sentenced to life six persons for killing two women in order to obtain their house near the sea shore in Alupka, press office of the Crimean prosecutor's office reported. The verdict was announced last week. The events happened in 2006.

"The court has studied the proofs, provided by the prosecutor's office and agreed with the position of the state prosecution on sentencing six 'black dealers' to life," the report says.

The court has also sentenced three accomplices of the crime to 8-10 years of imprisonment. All means obtained from the sale of victims' property have been confiscated.

Two victims, mother and daughter lived in a house in Alupka near the Black Sea shore and Vorontsov palace. Both were killed after they had refused to leave the house in exchange for a property in a different region.

After the murder the 'black dealers' forged the documents to register the house under their names.

Then the members of the gang kidnapped a senior citizen of Yalta and forced him to give them his two apartments.

The pensioner managed to escape and reported to the police.
