Yulia Tymoshenko’s lawyers have filed today a complaint with the Kyivsky District Court of Kharkiv appealing the court’s decision to limit time frames for the defense team to review all the documents in the United Energy Systems of Ukraine case.
"Today, in accordance with the legal deadlines, we appealed the decision of Judge Zolotariova," said Serhiy Vlasenko, according to Tymoshenko's official website.
"The ruling is not based on facts. As always, the courts and the Security Service of Ukraine have completely distorted the facts and circumstances. Of course, that's why they refused to see the defense team in the courtroom. That's why the defense team was notified about consideration only at the beginning of the court session," Vlasenko added.
