Russian ambassador to Ukraine Mikhail Zubarov declares that if Ukraine refuses to join the Customs Union Russia will have to create closed cycles of production without participations of Ukrainian enterprises.
"When we speak about necessity of Ukraine's membership in the Customs Union they suspect us of some unbelievable things. Russia's position is very simple: if Russia gets refusal from Ukraine to join the Customs Union, then Russia will start replacing Ukrainian goods. This is the logic of economic development," the ambassador said at a meeting with Russian diplomats, ForUm correspondent reports.
