The government has unused means to spend for settlement of homeless people, Emergency Situations Minister Viktor Baloha said during the Hour of questions to the government, being held in the parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
"All over the country we have enough empty facilities to equip shelters and provide the homeless with necessary conditions to live," the Minister said and added that "we do not need stratospheric means to do this."
"First it is necessary to render assistance to relevant organizations and to create stimulating condition for such activity (settlement of the homeless)," Baloha declared.
