President Viktor Yanukovych emphasizes strict liability for embezzlement and corruption in the Armed Forces, he said at today’s presentation of the new Defense Minister, ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
"All signs of embezzlement or corruption will be severely punished. I have made the appropriate instructions," he said.
The President also added that in order to reach success the new Minister of Defense should promote hard and coordinated work of the Ministry and the General Staff, every military and civilian expert.
