Traffic police saw an outlander winding between traffic lanes in front of Volodymyr Cathedral. A man was driving on the sidewalk trying to go around passer-bys.
It turned out that the drunken driver was a priest of the Kyiv Volodymyr Cathedral. The man behaved inadequately, striking out wildly and almost broke a window of the police car. The officers of the traffic police barely managed to handle the priest and had to lock him in his Jeep while waiting for police response unit to arrive.
