Poland intends to send its observers to follow the parliamentary elections in Ukraine, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski declared.
"Poland has an OSCE department engaged into monitoring of elections, and Poland will send its observers," he told a press conference in Kyiv.
At the same time Sikorski underlined that democratic elections are not just a fair calculation of votes. "Democratic elections also include institutional preparation to the process and coverage by mass media," he added.
