Amid the worsening of security situation in Egypt and the increase in cases of uncontrolled aggression, the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine recommends the citizens of Ukraine to refrain from travels to the city of Cairo, Alexandria, Aswan, Luxor, Taba, Port Said and Suez, the ministry said in a statement, according to UKRINFORM.
In order to avoid security risks, the Ukrainians who are on holiday in the resort town of Hurghada are recommended to rest within the hotel and refrain from trips to the city and outside.
The Ukrainian nationals, who are on holiday in the resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh, are recommended to refrain from traveling to the South Sinai and Taba.
All citizens of Ukraine who are in Egypt are recommended to refrain from visiting places of massive concentrations of people, not to participate in protests, demonstrations or other activities aimed at destabilizing the situation in the country.
It is also recommended not to enter into discussions with locals on issues related to the political situation in Egypt, religious preference or gender inequality.
