38 people died of hypothermia in Ukraine over the past 24 hours. The total number of victims has reached 101. Of these, 11 died at hospitals, 64 were found on the streets and 26 in their homes. Preliminary cause of the death is hypothermia, ForUm learned from the press office of the Emergency Situations Ministry.

The Ministry continues to open additional mobile heating stations. As of February 3 there are 2940 heating stations in Ukraine working 24 hours, and another 113 will be opened soon.

According to weather forecast Center, very cold weather will continue February 3, with air temperatures of 25-30° below zero at night, somewhere in northern and western provinces 32°, and 16-21° below zero during the day; in southern regions and in the Carpathians 20-25° at night, and 8-13° below zero during the day; on the southern coast of the Crimea during the night 6-9° below zero and during the day around 0°. No precipitation.
