Before January 27 Emergency Situations Ministry will open heating points in park crowded zones in regional centers of Ukraine, Kyiv and Sevastopol.
Such points will render assistance to poor layers of the population to prevent hypothermia cases, ForUm learned from the press office of the Ministry.
In additional, people will be given food and drinks, including hot tea, sugar, sandwiches and salo (fat bacon). Heating points will be opened 24 hours till the period of low temperature is over.
According to the Ukrainian weather forecast center, from January 26-27 it is expected cold snap down to -25°С.
