Ukraine has begun implementing large-scale infrastructure projects, one of which is the construction of an LNG terminal on the Black Sea, President Viktor Yanukovych said at a meeting in the National Arts Palace Ukraine on the occasion of Unity and Liberty Day, ForUm learned from the presidential press office.
"We started building wind and solar power plants, high-speed railways, an LNG terminal will be built on the Black Sea," said Viktor Yanukovych.
