Modernization policy and the idea of a modern developed nation will unite the citizens of Ukraine, President Viktor Yanukovych said at a meeting in the National Arts Palace Ukraine on the occasion of Unity and Liberty Day.
"This is the only way for Ukraine to fulfill itself as a strong and ambitious state in today's globalized and complex world," he said.
