Among other participants of the festivities were Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, Presidential Administration Chief of Staff Serhiy Lyovochkin, Kyiv City State Administration Chairman Oleksandr Popov, public officials.
After the ceremony Metropolitan of Vyshgorod and Chornobyl Pavlo, who conducted the ceremony, congratulated the President and all Orthodox Christians on Epiphany, wishing everybody longevity, God's mercy and grace.
