The government of Ukraine proposes to the parliament to adopt amendments to the law on advertising and to forbid using the image of a doctor in any commercial, deputy Economy Minister Vadym Kopylov informed.
"We have approved the amendments to the law "On advertising" and decided not to use the image of a doctor or a similar looking person in commercials of any goods," Kopylov told journalists Wednesday.
The official explained that the current law "On advertising" forbids using the image of a doctor in commercials of medicine, alcohol and tobacco.
