The reform of energy sector provides for reformation of Naftogaz and division of functions of extraction, transportation and delivery to consumers, president's representative in the parliament Yuri Myroshnychenko told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
Myroshnychenko reminded that during the meeting of the parliamentary committee on economic reforms Energy Minister Yuri Boiko focused his attention on these details. "It is an international practice, and it is advanced. All civilized counties, including the European Union, follow this practice," he said.
At the same time Myroshnychenko refused to comment on possible joint enterprise with participation of Naftogaz and Gazprom. "I cannot comment on this issue, as I have no information on this," he explained.
