Losses of Ukrainian economy from the moment of signing "gas contracts" with Russia are from 12 to 15 billion dollars, head of the President's Administration Serhiy Lyovochkin informed.
"This year we "celebrate" three-year anniversary of gas contracts, signed in 2009. Since then Ukrainian state has lost about 12-15 billion dollars, Lyovochkin told journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
The official also pointed out that "this is a wary sum" and reminded that Ukraine is paying "unjust price" for Russian gas, the highest in Europe.
