Minister for agrarian policy of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhnyuk considers the statement of Russian chief of public health service Gennady Onishchenko groundless and calls to ignore it.
"We have not reacted to his statement, as it was groundless," Minister said on Wednesday.
"In mid-summer Russia will become a WTO member and will have to reform these structures as well. This is not only European practice, but the world wide one, and we follow the path meeting the requirements of the WTO," Prysiazhnyuk added.
