The Kyiv City State Administration has set a moratorium on placement of outdoor advertising in the capital since January 1 and until August 1, 2012, due to the expected holding of the European Football Championship 2012 finals.
Consequently, the Kyiv City State Administration suspends receiving applications for giving permits to set outdoor advertising, except for such types of advertisement constructions: stands, three-dimensional advertising structures, which stand apart and advertisement panels, inscriptions on buildings, constructions.
